At Little Loops & Co., we take pride in providing high-quality crochet kits and materials. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Opened items are not refundable due to the nature of our products.

Exceptions

Replacements will only be issued if:

  • You receive the wrong item in your order
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

To report an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at littleloopsandco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item received.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
